An innovation this year was the new ladder system. It was so much easier (and safer) to get up and down from the roof deck!

Another innovation was moving a rack of water from the truck into the kitchen. Made swapping out bottles in the sink quick and easy.

The Ganesh chandelier made its way to the new kitchen tent this year.

The Ganesh tent is an authentic Indian desert tent. The interior walls have elaborate gold thread embroidery.
