Phoenix on the Man's Face

Note the phoenix on the Man's face. This year he was the Phoenix Man.

Someone partially burned the Man this year, but he was rebuilt by volunteers. It took them 24 hours a day for two days, but they rebuilt him. A couple of days later, the Man burned as scheduled.
